About us
Adrian Lepou - Principal Consultant
Adrian Lepou was born and raised in South Auckland, NZ and is of proud Māori (Te Rarawa, Ngāpuhi) and Samoan (Lepea, Lauli'i, Fagamalo) heritage.
With 10+ years helping athletes across sporting codes, including Rugby League, Rugby Union, Basketball, NFL Academy, Combat Sport, Surfing and more, Adrian has guided athletes and their families with a personal and professional approach.
Adrian is an NRL accredited player agent, a registered sports chaplain with Sports Chaplaincy Australia and New Zealand and has had commercial experience in sports sponsorship, board governance for sports start-ups and sporting bodies, and 10 years of coaching experience at grassroots and regional representative level. He has also lived experience of supporting young athletes who have relocated from their home to pursue their sporting aspirations.
Currently living in the Gold Coast with his family, Adrian has established credibility with schools, clubs, academies and pathways programmes throughout Australia and across multiple sporting codes.
